This is a plain-English note about what happens to the information you share when you chat with our assistant on this site. It's not a long legal document, just an honest explanation.
What we collect
If you start a chat or submit our contact form, we collect your name and email (required), and phone number, company or brokerage name, and role if you choose to share them. We also keep the messages in that conversation, or the message you send through the contact form.
What it's used for
To follow up with you about Viridora: answering your questions and, if you're interested, getting you in touch with a real person on our team. That's it. It isn't used for anything beyond that.
Who sees it
Only Viridora's own team. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
How it's stored
In a secured database, isolated from other companies' data on the same platform (the same isolation every Viridora client's own data gets, described below).
If you're evaluating Viridora for your own brokerage
This note is about data collected on Viridora's own site. If you become a Viridora client, your own visitors' data is isolated per brokerage at the database level. One client's data is never visible to another's, and Viridora's assistant only ever answers from information your team has explicitly approved.
Questions, deletion, or export
If you'd like your contact info and conversation history deleted, reach out through the chat on the main site or email us directly, and we'll take care of it. This is a manual process today, not an automatic one. If you're a Viridora client and cancel, your workspace data stays available for you to request an export for a reasonable window afterward, then is deleted.
